Yes. Skyframe Works holds a current CASA ARN Operator Accreditation and carries comprehensive public liability insurance to protect you, your property, and any third parties during every shoot.
Safety is our first priority. If conditions aren't suitable for safe or high-quality flying — strong winds, rain, or low cloud — we'll reschedule at no cost to you. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you in advance if there's any concern. There are no cancellation fees for weather-related reschedules.
Before every shoot, we check your location against CASA's Airspace Authorisation and Notification (AAN) system, airspace maps, and any temporary restrictions (TFRs). Orange and much of Central West NSW has excellent open airspace, but we'll confirm everything in advance. If a location requires a special authorisation, we'll handle the application and let you know if it affects timing.
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from the day of the shoot. You'll receive a private online gallery link for easy download. Need it sooner? Our 24-hour rush delivery option is available for an additional $75. File formats include high-resolution JPEG (photos) and MP4 (video) ready for websites, print, and social media.
Absolutely. Our Standard and Premium packages both include photos and video in a single shoot. If you're on the Basic plan and want to add video, you can upgrade or add it at a discounted rate when booked together. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll tailor the package to suit your needs.
Yes — this is one of our specialities. Our Farm & Rural package is built for large parcels across Central West NSW. We use extended flight batteries and systematic mapping passes to cover hundreds of hectares. For very large properties, we'll discuss a custom quote based on area, required detail level, and number of sessions needed. We're fully comfortable with the landscape and scale of the region.
